Pricing

  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Shipping costs are calculated separately and added at checkout
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Ordering and Payment

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is not accepted until we send an order confirmation email.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase for retail orders
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank wire transfers
  • Net 30 payment terms may be available for approved business accounts
  • All transactions are processed securely

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, or once an order has shipped, our return policy applies.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Terms

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes
  • Freight shipping is arranged for pallet quantities

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect all deliveries for damage before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Report concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned merchandise. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Warranty

Standard Warranty

Our hand pallet trucks come with a limited warranty:

  • Hydraulic Pump: 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects
  • Other Components: Not covered under warranty

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear items (wheels, seals, o-rings)
  • Damage from misuse, overloading, or accidents
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Commercial use beyond rated capacity
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order number and description of the issue. We may request photos or videos to assess the claim.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pallet Truck Hub shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from misuse of products
  • Injuries resulting from improper operation

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
